Description
1st Shift Performs all required Weld Tear-Down inspections for Weld & assembly at defined intervals. Performs all required weld-tear-down requirements utilizing appropriate tools. (Plasma cutter, vice, pliers, torque wrench, push-out tester, thread gages, calipers, micrometers, etc.) Documents all results on the inspection check sheet and SPC data entry where required. Communicates with Area Mgrs., team leaders of weld tear-down inspection test status results and may initiate nonconforming product reaction activities when product is found to be defective. Performs other essential functions related to WTD as assigned. Behaviors

Experience
Previous Weld Tear-Down a plus. (preferred)
