Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our order processing functions smoothly and efficiently. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall operation of our business

The Shift:

Monday - Friday: 10am - 6pm

Primary Duties
  • Review and process incoming orders with a high level of accuracy and efficiency to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including inventory and shipping, to facilitate prompt order dispatch.
  • Maintain records of orders, shipping details, and any changes throughout the processing stages.
  • Incorporate feedback from customers to enhance service delivery, addressing any discrepancies or issues directly.
  • Employ software applications for tracking orders and monitoring inventory levels, ensuring resources are accurately managed.
  • Assist in generating reports related to order statistics, trends, and anomalies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Participate in team meetings to offer insights for continuous improvement of order processing systems and practices.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in order processing or a related administrative role, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clear and respectful interactions with team members and customers.
  • Proficiency in using order management software and general office applications including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to overcome challenges that may arise in order processing.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity while handling sensitive customer information.
Education / Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior experience in order processing or logistics is preferred and will be considered a significant advantage. Candidates with relevant certifications are encouraged to apply, as they may strengthen your candidacy for this role.
