The Opportunity: The UCF College of Community Innovation and Education (CCIE) Florida Center for Students with Unique Abilities (FCSUA) is currently accepting applications for a Program Director I, Technical Assistance and Outreach. This role requires a strategic leader with a passion for empowering communities through education, innovation, and support. Do you thrive at the intersection of impact and implementation? This position will be responsible for the development, implementation, and reporting of outcomes as well as providing leadership. This role is also responsible for evaluating Florida Postsecondary Comprehensive Transition Programs (FPCTPs) at Florida state colleges, career technical centers/colleges, and universities as directed in the Florida Postsecondary Comprehensive Transition Program Act (f.s. 1004.6495). Additionally, the Program Director will be responsible for leading the technical assistance team in the implementation of the Act at thirty-three established FPCTPs as well as ten programs that are in the development, approval, and award process. This is a Contract and Grant (C&G) funded position. Employment is subject to availability of funding and may cease at the time funding for this employment is depleted. Responsibilities:
