Description
Join a team of professionals where you will be primarily responsible for daily production flow in the thermal spray area. This requires a general and detailed understanding of each thermal spray process area.
Come Build with Us by:
- Performing thermal spray process from a production level following required work instructions in every area of the process. Performing preventative maintenance and diagnostics on equipment and process as required. Keeping required maintenance logs up to date.
- Reporting all deviations in proper equipment performance to employee's direct supervisor, other shop supervisor, and/or Machine Maintenance personnel (when warranted).
- Advising and consulting with direct supervisor, and/or shop supervisor as applicable, for tools and tooling needed to complete projects.
- Maintaining set-ups for use in specified projects as assigned by direct supervisor in conjunction with other shop supervisor when applicable.
- Supporting and maintaining overall shop efficiency by keeping work areas clean and safe.
- Cooperating and coordinating with other personnel for usage of shared shop equipment.
- Inspecting and documenting all operations per TES procedures as stated in the Quality Manual as well as per specifications of the project manager and direct supervisor.
- Performing other duties as necessary.
Bring Your Expertise:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
- Good math skills.
- Experience running chemical process equipment.
- Intermediate level in MS Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Must have ability to pass medical evaluation for respirator use and abide by requirements for wearing respiratory protection such as a Powered Air Purifying Respirator.
- Must possess good finger dexterity skills.
- Able to walk and stand for extended periods of time while performing duties.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds in a safe manner, and request assistance when warranted.
