Location: Remote | West - preferences- WA, CA, CO, UT, NV, OR, AZ

Job Summary:

The Area Vice President-Regen, Southeast, will play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue and profit for Enovis Regen in the US. This position demands a proven change leader who can steer a high-performance team through a period of exciting growth. Reporting to the Vice President, Sales-Regen, this role requires a strategic visionary capable of aligning the field sales organization with the company's vision and strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set a compelling vision for the sales force, aligning them with company goals.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, driving overall performance.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Marketing to align sales and channel strategies with Enovis' plans.
  • Implement performance management systems to measure and adjust performance against the business plan.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competition, and field sales execution.
  • Continuously assess and enhance sales force talent for optimal market performance.
  • Manage key business relationships, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage strategy, budgets, and expenses for assigned territories and channels.

Minimum Basic Qualifications: :

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years experience in orthopedic or medical device business, with a focus on capital equipment sales at the health system or corporate level.
  • Knowledge and experience with orthopedic therapeutic devices and applications.
  • Demonstrated communication skills, proven leadership ability, and previous remote field sales management experience.
