Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town. PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Empire Pass Guest Services Agent's main objective is to ensure guest, owner, and employee satisfaction at the front desk by fulfilling the Deer Valley Difference.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Checking guests and owners in and out at Empire Pass properties
  • Serving as the primary guest services agent for the Silver Strike building
  • Giving guests and owners directions and information
  • Concierge duties, including making reservations for restaurants and activities
  • Assisting guests with reasonable requests
  • Residence inspections
  • Settling guest balances upon departure
  • Handling of cash and credit card transactions
  • Assisting with administrative and clerical functions as assigned by the management team
  • Other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of the Park City area
  • Ability to communicate clearly (spoken and written communication)
  • General understanding of computers and computer operating systems
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to work positively with different personalities


DATES OF EMPLOYMENT:
  • Flex Year Round - may have periods of layoff or reduced hours


PAY RATE:
  • $20.00 per hour
