Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with our licensing vendor, IT, customer service, software engineering, and product line managers to deliver high-quality licensing support and platform maintenance.
- Strategic Execution: Set up, test, and deliver licensing and fulfillment solutions for new product introduction programs, incremental SKU requirements, and new capabilities or enhancements.
- Continuous Improvement: Employ a self-initiated and data-driven approach to identify and execute improvements in the licensing platform and processes.
- Customer Focus: Monitor customer care incident escalations and respond with urgency to resolve customer-facing issues.
- Process Optimization: Create and update processes and work instructions to successfully introduce and sustain products, monitor licensing system performance, and audit licensing system activity.
- Expert Representation: Act as the licensing team representative on cross-group projects and initiatives with SME-level knowledge of the licensing platform and processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: B.A. or B.S. in a business-related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a business operations or supply chain role.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining effective working relationships across a broad range of stakeholder teams.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement enhancements and new licensing platform capabilities.
- Problem-Solving: Effective at dealing with ambiguity and understanding complex and dynamic concepts.
- Action-Oriented: Exhibits a bias towards taking action.
- Bonus Skills: Experience in the software licensing discipline and knowledge of Thales' Sentinel Entitlement Management System (EMS) and supporting applications (SAP CRM/ECC, Oracle CPQ and Subscription Management) are significant pluses.
Minimum Salary: $117,600.00 Maximum Salary:$169,050.00 The pay range for this position is expected to be between $117,600.00 and $169,050.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
