What You'll Be Doing: The Senior Manager, Material for plants is responsible for overseeing all material functions to ensure efficient movement, delivery, planning, and scheduling of materials to meet both internal and external customer needs. This role ensures the accuracy of records, manages key business systems, and drives process improvements to enhance cost efficiency, cycle time, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: * Oversee all material functions, ensuring timely and accurate movement, delivery, planning, and scheduling to meet project and customer requirements. - 30% * Maintain accurate records of all transactions and inventory balances, ensuring compliance with contractual and internal operational standards. Ensure key business systems are operating at optimal accuracy to meet both contractual obligations and internal constraints. - 25% * Manage budgeting and cost control activities to support financial performance goals. - 20% * Lead and implement improvement plans to standardize and enhance material processes across all plant sites, reducing costs, eliminating waste, and improving cycle time, with goals to improve profitability and customer satisfaction. - 15% * Attract, retain, and develop employees by evaluating performance, ensuring alignment with goals and objectives, and fostering professional growth. - 10% Required:
