Primary Description of Work |
Clean and care for a variety of spaces including theatre, dressing rooms, offices and public areas. Variety of duties include cleaning windows, walls, woodwork; maintaining bathroom areas in a sanitary state; replenishing supplies and emptying trash receptacles; sweep, mop and vacuum floor surfaces. Work Schedule and hours |
Weekly standard work schedule; 8:00 A.M - 5:00 P.M. Hours will vary. Evening and weekend hours will be required based upon performances at the Center. |

Minimum Qualifications |
Some knowledge of cleaning procedures, ability to follow instructions and to perform medium to heavy physical work; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Special certification may be required for some of these positions.
If no applicants apply who meet the required competency level and training and experience requirements, then management may consider other applicants. Salary would be determined based on competencies, equity, budget, and market considerations. |

Due to the rehearsal/performance schedule, this individual is frequently required to work nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to the regular workweek; so theater and related spaces are ready to open two hours prior to each performance/event and office spaces are ready for business during regular business hours. This person must work well as a team member, but also work well independently. |
