Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Computer Hardware & Software Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing both hardware components (chips, boards, systems) and software systems (OS, compilers, networks). This role involves work across embedded systems, hardware-software integration, and application performance.

Required Experience & Skills:
  • 10+ years in computer design, software development, or network systems

  • Proficient in: C, C++, Java

  • Familiarity with legacy languages: Fortran, COBOL

  • Strong foundation in algorithms, optimization, and performance problem-solving

  • Experience with modern development stacks: Python, TypeScript, HTML, JavaScript, AWS CDK

  • Participation in technical reviews, configuration management, and documentation for government programs

  • Ability to explain software design decisions clearly under time constraints

Hiring Process:

Candidates will participate in a live coding session during the interview process.
