What you will do

As a Service Sales Support, you will play an integral role in supporting the Service Sales team by providing administrative and operational assistance, ensuring smooth execution of sales booking processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Control of PSA Prebooking Packages:Review the quote and documents for completeness and compliance. Submit quotes and documents for Delegation of Authority (DOA) approvals, ensuring all required information is accurate and properly formatted. Collaborate with Sales Representatives to address and implement any necessary changes or updates to quotes or documents. Submit opportunities for Pre-Booking Review, if applicable, to confirm readiness for processing. Work closely with centralized contract administration and Sales teams to finalize and book PSA (Planned Service Agreement) opportunities efficiently.
  • PSA Booking Cycle Management:Oversee the end-to-end process for Planned Service Agreement (PSA) bookings, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion. Participate in PSA booking calls as needed to address issues, provide updates, and ensure alignment between teams. Act as the primary liaison between the Centralized Contract Administration (CCA) team and local representatives, ensuring clear and effective communication. Address and resolve "On-Hold" items within 24 hours and ensure timely re-submission for processing. Identify and drive efficiencies in internal booking processes to streamline workflows and improve overall performance.
  • PSA Contract Administration:Ensure all Planned Service Agreement (PSA) contracts are accurately booked upon activation by verifying key contract details, including:
    • Bill To / Ship To: Confirm correct billing and shipping information.
    • Inspection Month: Validate assigned inspection schedules.
    • Billing Information: Ensure billing details are accurate and complete.
    • Entitlements & Effectivities: Verify contract entitlements and effective dates.
    • Contact Information: Confirm primary contact details for the account.
    • Modifications and Corrections: Identify discrepancies or required changes and promptly submit all modifications or corrections to the Centralized Contract Administration (CCA) team for processing.

What we look for
Required:

2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles (preferably in a service or technical environment).

Preferred Skills:

  • Aptitude for technical knowledge with high level of attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Commitment to delivering quality service.
  • Knowledge and experience in SalesForce.com
  • Knowledge and experience in with Oracle
