Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for public service and operational excellence? Riverside Superior Court is seeking a results-driven Assistant Deputy Executive Officer, Enhanced Collections to oversee, innovate, and lead our countywide collections operations.

As an integral member of the senior management team, you'll collaborate directly with the Chief Financial Officer and lead a dedicated team focused on efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service. The ideal candidate shall possess one of the following options:

Option 1:
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
Experience: Four years of supervisory/management experience in a high-volume collections environment.


Option 2:
Education: High School diploma or GED
Experience: Eight years of supervisory/management experience in a high-volume collections environment.

Selection Procedures:

All applications will be reviewed to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications; those candidates deemed most qualified may be invited to an online or written assessment, if applicable. Candidates who take and successfully pass the assessment may be invited to an oral panel interview. Candidates who are successful in the interview may be placed on an eligible list. Placement on an eligible list is not a guarantee of employment.
