POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Director of Program Integration is responsible for guiding the successful execution of program production through direct and indirect relationships with functional support teams in areas such as program management, engineering, production and purchasing. He/she will set strategy and priorities and ensure tactical plans are implemented in line with the production/program goals. The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings across all levels, including executive leadership.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:



  • Establish and maintain the ongoing production operations and create an overall rhythm that promotes production/program visibility and ensures that the critical goals are achieved
  • Act as part of the key interface team with internal/ external customers.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies in alignment with program objectives and help develop Long Range Strategic Plan and FMM's Annual Production Plan.
  • Drive the coordination of support functions to support the overall production plan.
  • Establish top-level risks, issues and critical actions in collaboration with the Program Management, and support functions and ensure resolution.
  • Establish and manage performance dashboards to create production/program visibility at all levels.
  • Support site integration activities and serve as production's focal point for cross function collaboration.
  • Ensure the submission of key deliverables to the division, sector, or corporation.
  • Establish key initiatives in support of the strategic plan.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee's workspace will be in a clean and comfortable climate-controlled setting and shipboard in an industrial environment with exposure to moving equipment, elements, extreme conditions, or risk of injury. When entering the shipyard, the work environment is not climate-controlled and there is exposure to moving equipment, etc.
