Job Overview:The Anti-Trafficking Supervisor is responsible for implementing and assisting with oversight of the HOPE Anti-Trafficking program at IRC Sacramento. The Anti-Trafficking Supervisor will carry an individual caseload, providing direct services to survivors of human trafficking, as well as provide supervision to other Anti-Trafficking direct service staff. In addition, the Anti-Trafficking Supervisor will work with a team to implement training, outreach, and coalition building activities, developing new partnerships and expanding anti-human trafficking work and capacity throughout Northern California. This role incorporates taking a leadership role in the field of human trafficking and will assist with overseeing grants within the Sacramento office. This position reports to the Survivor Services Program Manager. Major Responsibilities:
Key Working Relationships: Position Reports to:Survivor Services Program Manager Position directly supervises:Anti-Trafficking Case Worker, Anti-Trafficking Training and Outreach Specialist, Anti-Trafficking Case Aid Other Internal and/or external contacts: Internal:The Anti-Trafficking Supervisor will develop working relationships with internal direct services such as the offices employment, public benefits, and housing programs to support achievement of Anti-Trafficking program goals, and will work closely with the Survivor Services team. External:The Anti-trafficking Supervisor will develop working relationships with community-based organizations and service providers to promote client referrals and improve client access to services. This includes, but is not limited to; health providers, benefits access, housing services, legal services, and mental health services. Job Requirements:
