We're looking for a Coffee Bar Manager to bring innovation, hospitality, and operational excellence to our cafe experience within the Google Food Program in Kirkland, WA. In this role, you'll blend your love of specialty coffee with leadership and operational skills to manage day-to-day cafe functions-ensuring every cup, customer interaction, and team shift reflects high standards of service and quality. A positive, team-focused work environment What You'll Do: Lead, hire, train, and coach baristas and cafe team members Create memorable coffee experiences while ensuring smooth, guest-focused operations Drive promotions, seasonal offerings, and coffee-related events within the cafe Maintain compliance with sanitation, health, and safety standards Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to enhance revenue and efficiency Manage daily administrative duties, inventory, and quality control Ensure proper use and maintenance of all coffee and food service equipment Collaborate with culinary and hospitality leaders to deliver best-in-class service Other duties as assigned by the General Manager What We're Looking For: 1-3 years of coffee shop or cafe management experience (corporate, restaurant, or specialty coffee) Strong leadership skills and passion for team development Knowledge of coffee trends, equipment (espresso machines, grinders), and cafe service models Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and daily cash handling Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) ServSafe and WA State Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain) Bachelor's degree preferred Apply to Restaurant Associates today!
