Are you a skilled TIG welder with a passion for precision and aerospace-quality craftsmanship? We're looking for a TIG Welder with at least 5 years of experience-ideally in aerospace welding-to join our team.

What You'll Do:




  • Perform TIG welding on small to medium-sized aerospace components (typically under 20 lbs)



  • Weld aerospace alloys and pass industry-required certification tests



  • Operate equipment including:




    • Manual & automatic TIG welders



    • Helium leak detectors



    • Weld fixturing tools





  • Read and interpret blueprints accurately



  • Collaborate with engineering to develop and improve weld schedules



  • Work independently in a clean, climate-controlled facility with your own dedicated workspace




What We're Looking For:




  • 5+ years of hands-on TIG welding experience (aerospace preferred)



  • Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills



  • High level of manual dexterity and attention to detail



  • Ability to stay focused, self-directed, and dependable



  • Must pass welding certifications required in the aerospace industry
