Are you a skilled TIG welder with a passion for precision and aerospace-quality craftsmanship? We're looking for a TIG Welder with at least 5 years of experience-ideally in aerospace welding-to join our team.
What You'll Do:
Perform TIG welding on small to medium-sized aerospace components (typically under 20 lbs)
Weld aerospace alloys and pass industry-required certification tests
Operate equipment including:
Read and interpret blueprints accurately
Collaborate with engineering to develop and improve weld schedules
Work independently in a clean, climate-controlled facility with your own dedicated workspace
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of hands-on TIG welding experience (aerospace preferred)
Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
High level of manual dexterity and attention to detail
Ability to stay focused, self-directed, and dependable
Must pass welding certifications required in the aerospace industry
