Summary
Responsible for dissecting/preparing/storing an incoming tissue specimen. Need to have in-depth knowledge of human neuroanatomy. This role works independently, under direct and indirect supervision, and performs technical and clerical tasks required for the efficient functioning of the department.

Essential Functions
-Prepare the Dissection Lab for the arrival of a tissue specimen.
-Dissect and store the specimen according to standardized protocols.
-Take required tissue quality control measurements.
-Clean the Dissection Lab, ensuring all biohazard materials are appropriately stored or disposed of.
-Attend monthly meetings.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required

Previous Research experience 1-2 years preferred

- Ability to work independently and on a team.
- Must demonstrate attention to details and accuracy in data entry.
