Our Wealth Management Desktop team is seeking a Sales Director - Head of Wealth Solution Sales, AMERS that will be leading a team of sales specialists to deliver the business growth plans and sales priorities in North America. They will be identifying key regional growth opportunities across all customer segments in Wealth. The successful candidate will own the day-to-day sales performance of the team as well as tracking and implementation of firmwide strategies and sales campaigns to grow the business. They will drive sales team activities, actively defining the focus areas and act as a leader within the Workflow Solutions business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver the sales strategy and execution plan & market priorities for your team.
  • Identify new opportunities to grow our business in the key customer communities.
  • Maintain a regular operating rhythm with the Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Operations, and the Workflows Product team.
  • Validate Regional Campaigns & Focus areas to ensure successful delivery of these initiatives.
  • Work with Regional Sales & Account Management on strategic deals and renewals to increase our footprint and deliver improved client value.
  • Provide expert knowledge-based input for internal learning programs (e.g., monthly updates, learning calls & boot-camps).
  • Prioritization of key industry event participation, LSEG thought leadership events, webinars, monthly business and performance updates.

Qualifications, Required Skills, and Experience:

  • 5+ financial services sales team management experience
  • Be able to demonstrate strong Financial Market Experience in the Enterprise Business (ideally Wealth/Investment Management) including entire workflow and core content set value for all user types. Have a deep understanding of the core challenges our clients face and the value that our Workflow and Desktop Solutions brings to address these challenges.
  • Ability to present and demonstrate LSEG solutions as an answer to the customer needs and challenges.
  • Ability to translate market trends into business plans and execution of these plans.
  • Maintain senior and strategic client and industry relationships.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills including influencing at a high level and leading teams and partners to achieve a common objective.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate a blend of strategic and operational skills.
  • Ability to work in a complex matrix organization.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time for client meetings and industry events.

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $0 - $0. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
