Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Director to lead and optimize the operational infrastructure of our global Talent Acquisition (TA) function at DN. This pivotal role will be responsible for ensuring excellence across TA processes, system upgrades, onboarding, vendor partnerships, executive recruiting strategy, and governance, while serving as a key liaison with internal HR Technology and Data Analytics teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Talent Acquisition, a process-oriented mindset, and a proven track record of driving operational improvements across complex, matrixed environments.
