We're hiring a Senior Client Service Associate to join our Souderton Team. Responsibilities Accountable for proactivelyreplying to client requests, anticipating issues related to the requests, and finding solutions. Process onboarding paperwork, as well as periodic paperwork including, but not limited to, account updates, address changes, and beneficiary updates. Monitor, review and process service messages sent by custodians. Provide ongoingassistance as needed to ensure the quality and reliability of data processed in the portfolio accounting system, perform system maintenance to identify and purge closed accounts and maintain existing accounts. Prepare initial onboarding paperwork such as new account forms and transfer paperwork. Work with custodian and counter parties to assure efficient transfer of accounts. Set up clients in portfolio accounting and CRM system. Assist with statements and billing. Accountable for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including the Univest Code of Conduct. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business related field or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an operational or client servicing role in financial services field. Knowledge of general securities industry terminology and practices. Familiarity with varying financial account types -specific, joint, IRA, etc. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficient in Microsoft office suite. Adaptable to new technology. Strong communication (verbal/written) and organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
