As a member of the Wealth Field Enablement Organization, the Sr. Consumer Analyst is responsible for working within the team to develop and manage the execution of various training programs and designations. The Analyst will work in partnership with the team, the Enterprise Learning and Development Team, Key Partners, and third-party organizations to manage training programs, provide reporting, and obtain feedback to enhance future success. Their contributions will enable employees to experience required and continued training and development and contribute to a growing Wealth Management business. Responsibilities
- Collaborate regularly with Wealth leaders to identify employee development needs, skill gaps and training needs within each job family.
- Manage onboarding training for all businesses within Wealth.
- Partner with third-party organizations to manage and deliver relevant designation programs and ensure appropriate CE credit completion.
- Manage and partner on new hire staffing reports.
- Manage and distribute training program reporting.
- Partner on the development of in-person, virtual, and e-learning training curriculum from scratch and adjust existing curriculum to keep relevant with business needs, partnering with Key's Enterprise Learning and Development Team, internal subject matter experts, and third-party organizations as applicable.
- Design, coordinate and manage the onboarding processes ensuring a consistent and thorough onboarding experience for new hires.
- Demonstrate knowledge of and remain current and up to date on changes to KeyBank Wealth Management products, services and systems. Maintain knowledge of industry compliance standard rules and regulations.
- Assist in the facilitation and execution of in-person and/or virtual Instructor Led training, executing with a professional level of communication.
- Research industry and societal trends to develop new go-to-market strategies and up skill talent. Curate and deliver out of the box solutions to problems, skill gaps, areas of opportunity, weaknesses and concerns.

Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (required)
Experience Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years experience in talent development, consulting, sales, or client service coaching (required)

Physical Demands

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
