BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

As a Program Manager on the OAI team, you'll use your extensive project management experience to align team efforts, optimize resources, and drive strategic initiatives that contribute to achieving organizational goals. You'll manage multiple projects within highly complex or enterprise-wide programs. You'll ensure successful integration of projects and adjust project scope, timing, and budgets based on business needs.

  • Developing and overseeing program strategies to support business cases and high-level project plans by directing team assignments, escalate resource needs ensuring quality reviews, and driving issue resolution to ensure project success.
  • Serving as a mentor to project managers and project leaders to educate and assist them with processes and improvements
  • Communicating program strategy, direction, and changes to leadership and other stakeholders
  • Partnering with leadership from the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities to achieve enterprise goals

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Project Management experience: 7 years or more
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Abilities:
    • Work independently with no supervision and guidance
    • Communicate clearly both orally and in writing to different levels of the business
    • Define key performance indicators/metrics
    • Effectively analyze and interpret data
    • Document, prepare, and deliver data-driven presentations
    • Influence internal and external key stakeholders and build consensus
    • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans
    • Manage complex program and project budgets
  • Skills
    • Understanding of program governance and ability to build and define a framework
    • Knowledge and experience in leading a program using various project methodologies
    • Proficient in Jira
    • Strong understanding of software development
    • Proven track record of successfully managing, cross functional technical programs from inception to delivery
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, assess and mitigate technical risks and dependencies
    • Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues that impact timelines and deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum

A qualified applicant's criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.

The base pay for this position generally is between $98,900.00 and $175,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
