*Description*
The IT Automation Center of Excellence is seeking a highly skilled contractor to support a critical SAP R3 to SAP S4 automation migration initiative. This role is instrumental in identifying and implementing automation solutions to streamline business processes during the transition. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of automation solutions aligned with business needs and objectives. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities *Design and implement RPA solutions to support the SAP R3 to SAP S4 migration effort. *Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities within the migration process. *Lead solution delivery using disciplined project management methodologies, including requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, testing, documentation, deployment, and stabilization. *Serve as a business automation resource for troubleshooting and solution development. *Maintain proactive communication with IT teams and internal customers to align on migration goals and solutions. *Stay informed on automation best practices and industry trends relevant to SAP S4 migration and RPA. ________________________________________ Role Expectations *Support personnel at all levels of the organization throughout the migration effort. *Demonstrate excellent communication (written and oral), problem-solving, and customer service skills. *Exhibit the ability to work effectively within matrixed and cross-functional teams. *Actively support organizational change management (OCM) plans and contribute to deployment success. *Approach work with urgency and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. *Identify and address opportunities for self-improvement and skill-building to enhance performance. *Ensure the timely and thorough creation and review of PDDs and SDDs, coaching team members on best practices for documentation quality and consistency. ________________________________________ Qualifications *Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience in automation or business process improvement. *Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath. *Demonstrated experience with ERP applications, including SAP R3 and SAP S4. *Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute project phases from initiation to completion. *Proven ability to document and improve business processes using process mapping and analysis tools. *Experience developing project governance frameworks to ensure alignment, accountability, and clear communication. *Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. *Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively. *Skills* Rpa, Robotic process automation, Uipath, SAP S/4HANA, SAP R3 *Additional Skills & Qualifications* UIPath experience within R3 to S4 migration *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
