Operations Supervisor \| Strobes \| Nashville, TN Regular Employee \| Salary Exempt Overview Strobes-R-Us, a brand of The Shyft Group is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Operations Supervisor to provide leadership, direction, and coordination for our production operations in our new facility in Lebanon, TN. You will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and high-quality vehicle upfitting while fostering a safe and productive work environment. Core Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high level municipal leaders, serving as a key point of contact to ensure effective communication and collaboration, while proactively managing and safeguarding the organization's reputation within these critical partnerships. Lead and direct the operations workforce to achieve production targets and deliverables Drive accountability for safety, quality, and delivery to meet corporate, departmental, and customer goals. Oversee and ensure the completion of assigned shop-level production operations with a focus on timely and high-quality workmanship. Monitor process and product quality to ensure compliance with standards that meet or exceed customer expectations. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support employee engagement and development.
