Description General Responsibilities: Plans and manages activities for multiple projects to ensure goals or objectives are accomplished within a prescribed time frame by performing any combination of all essential duties and responsibilities. Job Responsibilities: This position will be part of the xEV Regional PE group for Electric Vehicle products and will be responsible for activity and support for Motor programs. Focus for engineer will be responsible for activities to establish equipment, processes, and quotations for programs related to Motor products. This position is specifically for the development and implementation of motor manufacturing equipment for Stators. Also, this role will identify synergy potentials across programs, best practices to drive cost effective solutions. Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Skills):

Additionally, the ability to work independently with minimal direction is required as are strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with PCs and application software, such as MS Office tools is also required. Education: 4year University Degree in Mechanical, manufacturing, or related technical field. Experience: Minimum of 3 - 5 years applicable experience Job level determined by various factors such as organization size, responsibility, career stage, and capabilities. Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A Working conditions: Physical Demands: Required to sit or stand for long periods of time. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Travel: Domestic and international may be required as needed.
