Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced AI Program Manager to join our Corporate AI & Autonomy commercial enablement team. You will combine project management expertise and an understanding of AI technologies to guide organizational alignment. As someone in the AI team, you will bridge technical capabilities with commercial goals, ensuring that our AI projects deliver measurable value across teams.

The AI Program Manager will oversee the lifecycle of AI projects, manage collaboration, and provide critical input into scaling AI solutions across the company. You will work with engineering teams, sales enablement teams, and marketing to translate technical innovations into commercially viable solutions.

You will be an individual contributor and report to the AI Commercial Enablement manager.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Project Tracking & Coordination: Record, track and manage timelines for all AI projects across the company, ensuring understanding of corporate strategy and roadmaps.
  • Strategy Communication: Translate corporate AI strategy into relevant plans for teams while identifying and reducing overlap.
  • AI Commercial Offerings Documentation: Develop clear, concise, and compelling descriptions of current AI offerings. Document future AI roadmap expectations in alignment with R&D and product planning.
  • Internal Engagement & Education: Facilitate collaboration between engineering teams and commercial functions to grow AI solutions effectively. Provide training and educational content to enhance AI fluency across sales, marketing, and business teams.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks in program execution and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • Ability to travel, including internationally, up to 25%.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Typically requires 8+ years of experience in program management within engineering or technology-driven organizations.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Program management and organization
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies such as computer vision, large language models (LLMs), reinforcement learning, or simulation.
  • Experience managing complex projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in competitive analysis and strategy formulation.
