Description

About the Role

We're looking for an Account Supervisor to join our in-house creative studio - someone who can serve as a trusted partner to clients, a calm force for project teams, and a strategic liaison between creative vision and flawless delivery.

You'll oversee the day-to-day management of key studio accounts and ensure projects run smoothly from kickoff to final delivery. Whether it's a creative, digital, or video production, you'll be the one who connects the dots - aligning priorities, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality creative meets client needs.

This role also plays a key part in growing the studio's footprint. As a studio representative, you'll partner with Syneos teams on new business opportunities - representing the studio's capabilities, identifying internal groups that could benefit from our shared service model, and helping articulate how the studio can add value at every stage of the creative process.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders across assigned accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and internal cross-functional teams
  • Translate client needs to clear creative briefs and actionable deliverables
  • Manage timelines, scope, and budgets in partnership with Project Management
  • Lead internal status meetings and client check-ins; keep all parties aligned and informed
  • Anticipate project risks and proactively solve issues before they escalate
  • Champion creative integrity while ensuring delivery meets client expectations and business goals
  • Act as a studio representative in new business conversations - partnering with Syneos teams to showcase capabilities, explore opportunities, and grow internal awareness of the studio's offerings
  • Help identify internal teams or business units that could benefit from creative support and actively promote studio solutions to meet their needs
  • Provide mentorship and oversight to junior account team members, where applicable
What You Bring
  • 5-7 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in a creative agency or in-house studio setting
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-track projects with competing deadlines
  • Strong understanding of creative and production processes across digital, print, and video
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable working with creatives, strategists, producers, and clients alike
Bonus Points
  • Experience in healthcare, clinical trials, or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with creative ops tools like Wrike
  • Background working in a shared services or matrixed environment
  • Experience supporting or participating in new business efforts
