ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Reporting to the Director of Sales Training and Ecosystem Effectiveness, the Field Training & Education Manager is responsible for developing and executing training strategies that enhance the knowledge and effectiveness of internal and external stakeholders. This role leads training initiatives, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and ensures alignment with business objectives. A critical aspect of this role is the ability to create and execute training content with speed and excellence, ensuring high-quality materials are developed efficiently to support evolving business needs. The ideal candidate has experience in instructional design, project management, and adult learning principles, with a keen ability to synthesize complex information into engaging, effective training programs. This role requires adaptability, strong collaboration skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE

  • Designs, develops, and implements comprehensive training programs, incorporating adult learning theory for maximum impact.
  • Leads content creation efforts for in-person, digital, and hybrid training formats.
  • Develop and refine curriculum based on evolving market needs and product updates.
  • Manages and executes product training initiatives in coordination with Marketing, Sales, and Clinical teams.
  • Leads training sessions, including classroom, virtual, and hands-on product demonstrations.
  • Monitors training effectiveness through assessments and feedback to optimize learning outcomes.
  • Ensures alignment between training programs and broader business objectives.
  • Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure training consistency across business units.
  • Mentor and support junior training specialists in their development.
  • Travels up to 50%, depending on business needs.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% (depending on business needs).

PREFERRED:

  • Medical device industry experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with standard and custom software programs (MS Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook, Power BI, LMS, etc.).
  • Expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
  • Strong background in content development and execution of training strategies.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with experience leading training sessions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to solve problems and adapt training strategies to changing business needs.
  • A positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and commitment to teamwork are essential to success in this role, as we work together to support each other and drive shared outcomes.

SALARY

The salary for this position is expected to be between ($114,500 and $171,700) and will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
