ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Reporting to the Director of Sales Training and Ecosystem Effectiveness, the Field Training & Education Manager is responsible for developing and executing training strategies that enhance the knowledge and effectiveness of internal and external stakeholders. This role leads training initiatives, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and ensures alignment with business objectives. A critical aspect of this role is the ability to create and execute training content with speed and excellence, ensuring high-quality materials are developed efficiently to support evolving business needs. The ideal candidate has experience in instructional design, project management, and adult learning principles, with a keen ability to synthesize complex information into engaging, effective training programs. SALARY The salary for this position is expected to be between ($114,500 and $171,700) and will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
