Our program is highly selective, hosting only a handful of interns each year, ensuring personalized attention and ample opportunities to work closely with BlueHalo team members. BlueHalo has a 3-month summer student internship opportunity to support the Optoelectronic Device and Materials Research Group within the Material and Manufacturing Directorate (RXEE) of the Air Force Research Labs (AFRL) as part of the Biological, Electronic, and Nanoscale Department of the BlueHalo Air Force Business Unit. This position will require working with government customers at AFRL to fabricate and characterize materials for electronic and optoelectronic applications. Experience in patterning of materials through lithography techniques and microscopy characterization thereof are desired. Tasks:
Job Qualifications: Experienced in electron microscope techniques including Transmission, X-ray, and focus ion beam for imaging and milling purposes. Atomic layer growth and lithography experience. Skills:
