At the direction of the Nursing Manager, the Radiation Oncology Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the brachytherapy procedure and clinic including the direct supervision of nursing staff. This person will work collaboratively with other members of Radiation Oncology and other cancer services & facilitates patient centered care. The Radiation Oncology Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the delivery of high-quality patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and the efficient management of clinical staff and resources. The supervisor collaborates with healthcare providers, administrative leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities include supervising and supporting nursing staff in clinic and procedure, ensuring adherence to policies and patient safety protocols. Serves as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff and providing guidance. Participate in patient care as needed in clinic and procedure, and addressing complex clinical situations. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $128,800 - $252,200 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $61.69 - $120.79 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). |
