Thank you for your interest in a 2026 summer associate position with Choate Hall & Stewart LLP. We are looking for students who have a record of academic and professional achievement to join our 2026 Summer Associate Program. Selection Criteria To apply to this "early action" position you must meet the following criteria: Have an intention to practice in Boston after graduation; Have done your research where you feel you are prepared and ready to accept an offer if extended within a two-week time frame; and Have a record of strong academic and professional achievement. Schedule The Firm is currently operating in a hybrid model, with the requirement that everyone should be in the office at least four days per week. This schedule is subject to change dependent on Firm, department and client needs, and will be routinely evaluated.
