Internship Overview

This internship provides hands-on experience in international commercial real estate transactions, strategic consulting, market research, and client engagement. The ideal candidate is interested in cross-border investment strategies, real estate market analysis, and global business development, while also gaining exposure to broader commercial real estate methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research on commercial real estate trends in North America and Asia.
  • Assist in analyzing investment opportunities, including industrial, office, and retail properties.
  • Draft client presentations, reports, and investment summaries.
  • Assist in coordinating cross-border transactions, including financing, legal considerations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Engage with clients and partners from Asia and North America to facilitate business development initiatives.
  • Monitor trade relations, foreign direct investment (FDI), and policy changes affecting real estate investments.
  • Provide strategic consulting support, including competitive analysis, simple financial modeling, and business process improvements.
  • Work on client projects addressing global expansion, market entry strategies, and risk assessment.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Real Estate, Finance, International Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Interest in international real estate, cross-border investments, and business strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with financial modeling, consulting frameworks, or real estate databases is a plus.

The Hourly Range for this Role is: $20.00 Hour

Our Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The rate displayed on this job posting is the target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training
