The AIS Guidance Center Representative will provide support for all clients of AIS regarding trading and brokerage account matters. They will serve as a critical resource for sales related inquiries for the purpose of directing the client to a specialist or meeting the needs on a point-of-sale basis. Emphasis is placed on providing clients with a positive experience that includes undivided attention and knowledgeable service and ensuring the customer's best interests are our number one priority. Our goal is to simplify the customer experience and deliver outstanding service to every customer, every time. Inbound representatives will also assist account beneficiaries with the transfer of inherited assets. This person will: * Provide comprehensive guidance and support as well as timely follow up and excellent customer service to clients regarding securities transactions, brokerage account activity and other capital market matters. Accurately enter securities transactions received from authorized/verified clients into the clearing firm system. Review the qualifications listed below: Education Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and Financial Services experience Required.
