A Customer Account Manager is responsible for the growth and development of a portfolio of customer accounts across all modes of transportation. They manage the business by handling all account responsibilities applicable to the customer relationship and account management. They also work towards developing a long-term relationship at multiple levels within the customers' organization. They work with customers to identify continuous improvement initiatives and stay accountable to performance metrics. They are responsible for generating profitable revenue by actively soliciting and engaging lapsed customers. Duties & Responsibilities
