You'll work alongside engineers and technicians, learning by doing, solving real problems, and gaining the kind of experience that can't be taught in a classroom. What You'll Be Doing
From day one, you'll be immersed in a variety of technical challenges and learning opportunities. Here's what you can expect:
Hands-on work with computer, network, and electrical systems from design through installation.
Collaborate with experienced professionals to understand project workflows, technical drawings, and production standards.
Get real experience using hand and power tools on tasks like cable routing, equipment setup, and system assembly.
Work with CAT5/6 cabling, networking tools, and connectors.
Learn how professional systems are planned, fabricated, and installed.
Sharpen your attention to detail while contributing to real projects with real impact.

Are currently pursuing a degree in electrical, computer, or related engineering fields.
Have experience using hand and power tools-and aren't afraid to get hands-on.
Know your way around network cabling and electrical equipment.
Can read and interpret plans, drawings, and procedures.
Are comfortable in both the field and the office, including with tools like Microsoft Office.
Bring strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a sharp eye for detail
