Role: Pharma OTC Systems Consumer Care Commercialization SME Must have 10+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical OTC products, functional experience in commercialization and sales of OTC drugs and POS software systems Strong experience in OTC drug industry to define operational metrics and functional evolution of software solutions Skills Must have 10+ years of Life Sciences Consumer Care experience in commercialization and sales of OTC drugs Strong understanding of Pharma/Life sciences POS, ecommerce, and kiosk driven sales and familiar with datasets like POS data (must have), HIPPA, Neilsen, etc. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI). Familiar to MS Office 365, PPT, Excel & Word and willingness to create and review presentations/documents Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand technical aspects of a solution and determine fitment with business requirement/need Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to see big picture and quickly become detail oriented to able to manage and maintain all facets of complex execution assignments Capable of structuring and editing presentations and proposals using content that is both self-generated and provided by colleagues Demonstrate the flexibility to work with team members located in different geographies and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical associates Proven ability to contribute to new business development efforts and to lead and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment Ability to lead entire sales lifecycle from RFP /RFI to conciliation/contracting Role & Responsibilities: 1. Business Process Improvement Conduct comprehensive assessments of business requirements to identify and document critical needs Analyze business requirements and create a vision of the solution that could address the business needs Apply experience in OTC drug industry to define operational metrics and functional evolution of software solutions 2. Project Delivery Lead and manage multiple process improvement projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and monitor project progress. Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project execution. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project risks. 3. Client Engagement Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand client needs and requirements, and translate them into actionable actions Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements and provide project updates. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. 4. Data Analysis and Reporting Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Develop and deliver comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders. Utilize data visualization tools to present data in a clear and actionable manner. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and Business to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. Provide guidance and support to junior consultants and other team members. Work with team members with diverse skillsets and from multiple time zones Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until April 16th, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $88,690 to $179,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
