Business Incubation Program: The UCF Business Incubation Program is a university-driven community partnership providing tools, training, and infrastructure that enables early-stage, scalable companies to become high-growth enterprises anchored in Central Florida. With nine incubator sites across Metro Orlando, the Incubation Program is a key contributor to the economic development and vitality of the region. The Opportunity: The UCF Business Incubation Program (UCFBIP) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Coordinator to support the daily operations of our incubator in Kissimmee, FL. Working closely with the Site Manager and UCF Incubation Program team, this position plays a key role in operational support, client support, event coordination, marketing efforts, and facility management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment fostering high-growth businesses and extensive collaboration with other support organizations.
