MizzouRec Services and Facilities is a department within the Division of Student Affairs that provides quality leisure experiences to all members of the campus community, primarily Mizzou students. Research shows a positive correlation between physical activity and educational outcomes of university students. Summary You'll work closely with the Assistant Director of Aquatics and a passionate team of professionals to create a safe, engaging, and fun environment for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Beyond swim lessons, you'll have the opportunity to support exciting aquatic events, collaborate across departments, and contribute to the vibrant culture of MizzouRec. Additional Responsibilities Shift
40 hours per week. Expected hours during Tiger Swim lesson weeks are 1:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday with additional hours scheduled in conjunction with supervisor. When Tiger Swim lessons are out of season, hours will be expected to be 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Hours may vary and evenings and weekends will be required. Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
