Work Schedule Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Minimum Experience/Education
  • Combination of training and experience required to perform the duties
Department Required Skills

  • Experience with planting, pruning and harvesting tomatoes for fruit analysis
  • Experience recording data in the field
  • Experience with leaf tissue sampling for DNA extraction
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions (heat, rain, pollen)
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally

Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education

  • Previous experience working in agriculture research
  • Ability to implement field experiments on the basis of given information

  • Valid driver's license
