Overview

Paradyme Management Inc. is seeking an accomplished Vice President to oversee the day-to-day delivery operations of our Commerce Portfolio, which includes U.S. Census Contracts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing portfolios exceeding $10M in annual revenue, driving profitability, fostering organic growth, and building high-performance teams.



Responsibilities

    Lead the Commerce and Census Programs through effective daily delivery and operations management.
  • Establish, manage, and mentor employees with clear objectives and performance expectations.
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships across the organization to meet and exceed customer goals.
  • Develop and nurture impactful customer relationships.
  • Support business development, capture, and proposal efforts in collaboration with the Chief Growth Officer and Senior Vice President for Delivery Programs.
  • Attract, motivate, develop, and retain highly skilled staff.
  • Collaborate with staff, customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive revenue and profit growth through new and existing contracts.
  • Develop and execute customer, market, and company strategies in collaboration with executive leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in IT services, consulting, and/or federal contracting.
  • Proven experience in leading leaders across a portfolio of contracts.
  • P&L management experience with a portfolio of $10M/year or greater.
  • Technical and practical knowledge of federal procurements, requirements, and contracts.
  • Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills, with a commitment to best business practices.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with professionals and government stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree.

Physical Requirements

These are the essential physical requirements needed to successfully perform the job.

  • Sedentary work.
    • Requires sitting up to 8 hours per day.
    • May require lifting up to 5 pounds unassisted.
  • Fine repetitive motor skills with hands, wrists, and fingers in coordination with eyes.
  • Hearing, speaking, and vision: Adequate to perform job duties and communicate in person, via video, and telephone. Includes reading information from printed sources and computer screens.
  • Other: Work may be performed in an office environment, which may involve frequent contact with staff and the public. Work may be stressful at times.
