Description Job Title: IT Contracts Analyst Location: Rochester, NY (Hybrid) Job Type: (Full-time OR Part-time) -- Contract (Hours may vary) Our customer is expanding their operations to include a new line of legacy IT contracts that were not previously managed by this group. This increase in workload necessitates additional help to manage the process of taking on responsibility for these IT contracts and historical agreements. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IT Contracts Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in redlining, reviewing, adding/changing agreement terms, and managing the review and approval process to renew, revoke, execute, and terminate agreements. This role is critical in ensuring that all IT contracts are managed efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: -Review and analyze legacy IT contracts and historical agreements. -Redline and revise contract terms as necessary. -Manage the review and approval process for contract renewals, revocations, executions, and terminations. -Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and alignment with organizational goals. -Maintain accurate records of all contract activities and updates. -Provide guidance and support on contract-related issues to various departments. Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field. -Juris Doctor (JD) preferred, but not required in lieu of prior related experience. -Proven experience in contract management, particularly in IT contracts. -Strong understanding of contract law and terms. -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. -Effective communication and negotiation skills. -Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Skills: -Familiarity with legacy IT systems and contracts. -Experience with contract management software. -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
