The Brand Planning & POS Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall success of brand programs in stores, increasing awareness, consideration, and consumption at the point of sale. This manager will be tasked with implementing processes to maximize trade development potential while adhering to brand standards. By utilizing insights from various retailers and programs, the manager will play a crucial role in developing strategies to create engaging and effective displays for consumers and shoppers. This individual will serve as the primary expert on all point of sale (POS) matters and will oversee internal communications related to POS, including managing systems, calendars, and coordinating with RBNA Trade Marketing and creative agencies when necessary. They will ensure that Red Bull's brand standards are clearly communicated to sales and marketing teams. Clear processes, organization, and project management are essential for the success of this role. The Brand Planning & POS Manager will apply knowledge gained from developing critical processes to manage the overall marketing operations of the Brand team. This individual will facilitate business continuity, influence strategic processes and brand planning, scale best practices, and ultimately enhance clarity, efficiency, and effectiveness across Brand processes.
