Role: Retail Point of Sales Lead Experience: Minimum 8+ to 12 years of solid experience. Job Location: Candidates need to be willing to work in a hybrid model from the Client's office in Bridgewater - NJ. Must Have Qualifications and Responsibilities * Technical programming background Web Services experience is a plus. * Strong problem-solving and creative thinking. Handling major configurations. Understanding complex solutions tech RCA and problem management. * Thorough understanding and experience in retail solutions. * Investigate, analyze and troubleshoot application workflows to provide feedback and or solutions to developers or our customer. This includes learning performance analysis skills to be able to identify database or web application improvements * Critical thinking in Service level agreement SLA standard processes. * Being capable of managing workflow building relationships, asking questions, being flexible positive and accepting changes are critical to achieving professional success in this job position. * Lead hands on, Technical consultant Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Requests, Application Monitoring and Tuning. * Leads day to day Store Support and Technical Operations. * 24 7 Store Support Global Stores planning and execution. * Responsible for Major Incident Management and Technical RCA. * Main Point of Contact (POC) for SLA Measurement and Reporting. * Leads WSR MSR and QBR meetings and reporting with customers. * Leads Forward planning for Key Events Peak Season support. * Execution Lead for reduction in overall Incidents Service Requests Non Ticketed work. * Primary SME for Applications Support POS Payments Selling applications. * Support for Typical Operations Physical Inventory, Inventory Adjustments, Year End Activities, Reconciliation Foundations, PLUs accuracy, Receipt header footer Printer and Peripherals management. * Responsible for SOP Creation and Execution. * Support for Application, Packaging Release, Management, Production, Monitoring & Tools Strategy. * Support for Automation initiatives through point solutions/Scripts or enterprise grade solutions like UiPath Automation Anywhere. * Maintains ROI for Automation delivered by support team to customers. * Collaborate with observability teams to create POS Dashboards on Splunk or any other APM. * Liaisons with local Vendors, Hardware Store, Servers, Store, IT Rack Equipment, Registers, Mobile Devices.
