Principal Solution Architect - Salesforce - FSC (Remote)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Principal Solution Architect - Salesforce - FSC with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Financial Service Cloud SFDC Development and Customization Insurance Cloud Omnistudio SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. This role requires a hybrid work model and day shift. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of complex solutions using Financial Service Cloud SFDC Development and Customization and Insurance Cloud.
• Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
• Provide technical expertise in Omnistudio SFDC Lightning and SFDC Integration to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications configuration guides and user manuals.
• Ensure the scalability performance and security of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and provide technical leadership to the team.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices to continuously improve the quality of solutions delivered.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that drive business value.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications ensuring minimal downtime and maximum user satisfaction.
• Contribute to the companys overall success by delivering high-quality solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• 15 years and a maximum of 18 years of relevant experience
• Must have extensive experience in Financial Service Cloud SFDC Development and Customization and Insurance Cloud.
• Nice to have skill: Omnistudio SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration.
• Must have excellent communication skills in English (Read/Write Speak).
• Nice to have experience in Industrial Manufacturing and Automotive Industry.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model and day shift.
• Must be able to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and development methodologies.
• Must be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Must have a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that drive business value.

The annual salary for this position is between $121,890 - $212,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
