Responsibilities:

  • System Design and Implementation:
    1. Design and implement Control-M solutions to meet business requirements, considering factors like scalability, performance, and security.
    1. Configure and maintain the Control-M environment, defining job schedules, dependencies, and resource allocation.
    1. Develop and document Control-M workflows and procedures.
  • Job Monitoring and Management:
    1. Monitor the execution of scheduled jobs, ensuring successful completion and prompt resolution of any issues or failures.
    1. Analyze job performance and identify areas for optimization.
    1. Provide technical support and guidance to users and other IT teams.
  • Integration and Automation:
    1. Integrate Control-M with other systems and applications.
    1. Automate repetitive tasks and processes using Control-M.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100000 - $135000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
