The Unified Communications Engineer I will be responsible for providing technical support for Office 365 issues, managing office 365 environments, troubleshooting and resolving problems related to Office 365 applications, and implementing configurations and updates. Daily tasks will include responding to support requests, performing administrative tasks related to Office 365, and ensuring that all systems are operating efficiently and effectively. This is an Auxiliary funded position. Employment is subject to availability of funding and may cease at the time funding for this employment is depleted. Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219. Click here for more information Preferred Qualifications:
