Site Supervisor

Cape Fox, subsidiary Mountain Point is seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team. The Site Supervisoroversees the operations, maintenance, and compliance of a water oxygenation plant, ensuring the production of highly oxygen enriched gas is dissolved in process water and adheres to regulatory standards.Army policy requirements to maintain an Authority to Operate (ATO). Other duties may be assigned as needed in the future by management.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and directs all phases of the dissolved oxygen process, including water intake, oxygen gas concentration, injection and dispersing of enriched water into the Savannah River.
• Directs and supervises the work of personnel involved in operations of the facilities, instructs and trains personnel in correct methods and procedures; establishes work priorities; monitors work in progress; ensures workers follow safe practices and departmental policies and procedures; evaluates and reviews employee performance
• Prepares, submits, and maintains accurate reports and records on plant operations; prepares and submits orders for supplies for approval; prepares and maintains accurate records on inventory usage.
• Undertaking planned maintenance
• Playing an active role in helping the organization set up and execute preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, or any other preferred maintenance program
