About This Role

This role advises international students on pertinent immigration regulations; coordinates orientation and provides on-going programming support for those students. This position assists international students, scholars and their dependents with immigration regulations that must be followed to maintain legal residency in the United States. Helps students update and maintain student and scholar records in the federal government's database. Processes needed documents for international students and scholars. Provides vital guidance and resources, helping students thrive both academically and personally.


Worksite Option

This position is on-site.

An employee who is working remotely must reside within the United States in order to comply with all federal and state laws, filings, or tax requirements. What You'll Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:



  • Requires a bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's degree
  • Demonstrated interest and/or experience in international education and/or student services.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people from many cultural backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.


Other Requirements:



  • Must be U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident per federal regulations.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship
