Position Objective

Position Objective:

Reporting to the VP, the Receptionist is responsible for providing high-level clerical and administrative support for Harvard Maintenance's front office and staff.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Greets visitors, answer questions and directs visitors according to their needs
  • Organizes and oversees the activities of the front office area
  • Performs filing, copying, mailing, general office duties including operation of typical office machines; e.g. printers and copy machines.
  • Answers telephone directs calls and records/distributes messages for staff.
  • Mail triage and package vendor interaction.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned


Knowledge and Skill Requirements

  • Must have knowledge of Excel, Microsoft programs and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and people skills, including phone skills and ability to handle busy front desk
  • Ability to multi- task
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish preferred, written and spoken.
  • Administrative/Receptionist experience - 2-3 years


Compensation

Harvard is offering a competitive salary including benefit package with medical, dental, life, and long-term disability (LTD) insurance along with 401K Savings Plan.
