*Description*
The role is hybrid in Johnston, IA 4 days per week. HR Systems Management: Be the go-to expert for all modules in UKG (Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, etc.) and maintain system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth daily operations. Super-User & Project Lead: Act as the primary contact for all HRIS-related matters, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors on upgrades, new module implementations, and system integrations. Training & Support: Develop training tools for new hires and provide ongoing support for end-users, ensuring they can navigate the system confidently. Relias LMS Administrator: Manage our Learning Management System, supporting course uploads, system updates, troubleshooting, and reporting. Data Reporting & Analytics: Extract, analyze, and create meaningful reports from UKG, Relias, and other systems to support decision-making across the organization. Payroll & Systems Support: Partner with payroll and finance teams to handle system maintenance and troubleshooting. Continuous Improvement: Lead the HRIS Steering Committee, recommend enhancements, and ensure our systems are always improving. Please note- this position offices out of our corporate office in Johnston, IA and is expected to be onsite majority of the week. What We're Looking For: A strong attention to detail and high-level integrity, especially when handling sensitive information. Expertise in HRIS systems, particularly UKG and Relias, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Excellent communication skills to translate complex system changes into easy-to-understand training for end-users. Project management skills to lead system upgrades and implementations smoothly.
